Back in my 20s and 30s it was so easy.

Finally, I decided it was time to see a doctor to find out if something else was wrong with me.
My Trip to the Doctor Was Full of Surprises...
I thought the doctor would just blame me, telling me I was weak and needed to eat better and exercise more.
That's what I expected because that's what doctors usually say.
But I was in for a surprise.
He told me he had a new way of understanding why women find it hard to lose extra weight.
'You need to address the real reason behind it,' he said.
There was no need to change what you eat or do.
No exercise was needed
It was cheap and very easy to do
It would take just a few seconds a day
I was really interested to learn more and I like to do my own research.
